I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright no matter how grey the day may appear.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun even more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive and everlasting.
I wish you enough pain so that even the smallest of joys in life may appear bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish you enough hellos to get you through the final goodbye.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person,
an hour to appreciate them,
a day to love them but then,
an entire life to forget them.

5 Dec Planting Ceremony
Gosh its been ages since i last do an entry, the thing is that i cannot download pictures to my blog, something to do with my internet connection orrrrrrr my blog server is going haywire, but nevermind at least this morning i manage to download my recent pix.
Well last week, we had this twice yearly ( sometimes trice too) planting ceremony and joint venture between my University and JISE ( an independent organization in Japan). The project has been going for almost 14 years ( agak-agaklah tu). The purpose for the project is to reestablish the forest and so far i think the project have proven itself.
well as we all know, there was a lot of logging in Borneo and whats left was the secondary forest , which was logged until left was pure bare ground and soon the development of Oil Palm Estates. So one of the ways to reestablish the forest is to plant new tree of diff varieties.
The way to plant this plants differ to the ways plantation are doing. Plants are planted closer together and a exact hole is made , that only fit the polybag in order for plants would grow vertically upward. After that mulch are given to the plant to retain the soil moisture and this is important no campacting around the tree ( i dont know y, normally we compact newly planted tree, but the Japanese ask all of us not to compact the tree). So thats it, and leave it to grow by itself, no maintanance no manuring.

Computer caput...
Nothing much happens today, accept that i paid my bills before hand.. I guess things are a little bit delayed due to some errors with my computer at the office. I called Nizam from ICT this morning , and after running the errors with him finally i could log in to Mayband2u and My blog.
There are some discouragement on my behalf ( adalah benda) but the main thing is that my Computer could function well again.
I am still thinking about my presents... this Christmas. Well i know what Inday and Toto's going to give me ( Nah't... to sis.. a Gold pendent... oh you did't... and Inday gosh you know what i mean rite) Ini yang susah ni ... oh yes i know... well tonite i am going to have to list my budget. Now we don't want to be Papa Kedana after Christmas rite.
Oh i got Nonoy's present already... its all the way from LONDON. Mahal tu... nasib baik beli masa tu, i don't have to think about him.
My nephew and nieces pun ... aduh.. nasib baik 6 je, Kalau ramai.. alamat dapat hadiah dari kedai RM 2.00 lah namanye. Esah... told me " tito kau tau ka aku ni dah nak 18 tahun tau, no more kedai RM 2.00 or a T shirt". Gosh, dulu i dapat pensil warna pun dah kira okay tau.
But for me really... Christmas is all about my family and Home.. Hugs and kiss .. sharing and having to thank God for another wonderful year but most of all thanking God for the birth of Jesus. What about u then .. what does Christmas meant to you.. ( well if your a Christianlah kan)
I remember a friend of mine in my Primary school , i think it was lahaji , he told me how lucky i am as a Christian, with all the presents , dinner and snow during Christmas. Gosh i am nearly 40 now and still no snow pun. hehehe, but looking at it i am lucky.. to be a Christian.
AMEN........ PUJI TUHAN

JESSE TREE
This morning i sms both my sisters about my blog and Inday told me that she've seen it early today with Nanay my mum.
She told me that my Xmass tree is too commercial. Yea rite.... I don't care he. he. and she told me that she's going to put up a Jesse tree .. What is a jesse tree.
Well basically a Jesse tree is a :
There are a variety of ways to make a Jesse Tree.
1. First of all, you will need a Bible, for the readings for each day.
2. Use a small REAL Christmas Tree and have the Children hang the Jesse Tree ornaments on the Tree during a Church Service.
3. Choose a 3 or 4 foot tree branch with lots of smaller branches attached to it. Place the branch in a pot of dirt or gravel and cover the bucket with Christmas paper.
4. Make a wall hanging using burlap fabric and sew a felt tree branch to the fabric. Attach Velcro® to the backs of the ornaments for attaching to the felt Jesse Tree.
5. Just draw the designs on big pieces of poster board, print out the readings and glue the Scripture readings to the back of the posters and have children present them.
so basically this is how a Jesse tree looks like ya... in animationlah.
And this is how a Jesse tree in actual... Inday is this how it suppose to look like? Adui... Kenapa dong.

City Visited : Madrid espana
Temp: 17 deg cel
Do you know that Spain colonized the Phillipines nearly 300 years and you could see that some of their food have a lot of similarities with the Pinoy.
We reached Madrid at noon and the first thing we did was tried to find the train to town which was quiet easier as compared to Rome but the journey so memenatkan because the walk to the train station was so far, going up and down the escalator and the worst when you see a steep stairs without an escalor.. " Membunuh betul diorang ni eh" thats what Diding always said.. Andy diam jak.. means tiredlah tu...
One good thing about our hostel was... its location which is in the middle of Madrid ( senang sangat ) We finally reach our Hostel at noon around 2 pm and gosh you should see our face... tired... tired and tired.
The longest journey .. Ini masa ada escalator ni, there are few steep stairs with escalatore, dahlah our bags are so heavy ... but everybody still manage to smile.

Pai always say" jangan convert Allan " tapi one cannot help it coz we are earning here in Mesiakan. Not in London like my sista.

There were a few occasian where we asked if we could take some pictures with them but all of them refuse, i guess its prohibit by the Church. P.S. This is another landmark of Rome.. This place is surrounded my the Olive tree which was believed a present from the Roman Gods... one for its ability as food, 2. for fuel 3. for phamaceutical, 4. massage oil 5. essential oil and many more. It was also believe that Olive oil cures many disease .. and it turned out to be true kan because it reduces heart problems, betul kan Inday. BTW is the nearby to the colesseum ... maybe lepas kena punish the slaves will be brought to the colesseum to fight kan.

P.s. One good thing about the public transportation in Rome is that the exit is not far away from the nearest Landmark of Monuments. When we reach at the coleseo exit the first thing you notice is this big old building and by the time you step out you can see the beutiful big and magnifico building. Semua ternga nga masa tu. I got chills looking at it as all this while i look at it from pictures and documentaries but now its in front of my eyessssssssssss. ahhhhhhhh breathtaking sangat. I suggest for everybody to visit this.... honest you got the chills..
When we reach there another tourist inform us that the entrance fee is around 11 euros but comes to about RM 55.00 adus mahal tak payahlah, so we oll just took some pictures from the outside.
Trinita dei monti
The first thing that strikes us are the charming monumental steps (1722) at whose top there is the church of SS Trinita Dei Monti with the two beautiful belfries ( 1495). An Obelist, found in the garden of sallust in 1808, rises in front the church. At the foot of the steps, prettily lies the fine fountain of the Barcaccia erected in 1629 by Pietro Bernini , the father of the sculptor and architect Gian Lorenzo.

P.S. Ramai sangat orang kat sini loafting around ... enjoying the sun and crowd. We also got to see some low budget movies in progress hehehe and if you climb up the stairs there is a beautiful chuch overlooking the whole of Rome city, there are some local artist selling some paintings and some Bangladeshi jual cenderahati ( yesssssss bangla pun ada kat sana) kelas bangla ni. Nearby is some designer shops later i will post some of the pictures.. kedai pun kelas ... i like.
