PRE CHRISTMAS DINNER

A weeks planning finally arrived, Christmas dinner at my home and only RSVP are invited hehehe. Anyway its was a 6 course dinner starting from:

1. Chrispy Popia with Plum sauce
2. Chicken breast Christmas Salad
3. Christmas Potato Salad
4. Christmas Chicken Roasted
5. Filipino Garlic Rice
6. Pepper deer with Lemon Grass
7. Poach Pear with asam boi hehehe ( Thats my deseart)

semua masak sendiri hehehe. baget ni. Plus its such a nice feeling able to feed ur friends with ur cooking. Bukan nak menunjuk-nunjuk pun ahaks.

Theme : Christmas all in Red and we had exchanging gift at the end and everyone was like so happy balik rumah with a gift. roslan siap cakap nak buat lagi for new year , yea rite, penat I masak dari pukul 10 pagi kan Shahrul,.. btw Shahrul thanks for helping up with cooking.

Wah hebat ni, makan kat rumah. According to my staff, they said that its seems like the AFC (Asian food channed) sebab course by course and the food is delicious ( memuji i lah tu, suruh masak lagi)

My staff, do u know that i decorated to house nicely, masih jugak they all ni nak duduk kat luar rumah, what to do orang ladang kan. hehehe.


Don-Don the deer anak kakak Carlina, Macam rudolf je kan. Lepas ni mau tarik slay ride plak.

Anak Natulain , actually he was dancing , lepas tengok Mari berdansa kat TV. All so cute.
