New Jobs on the run.

I don't think i wrote this, but a few week before, well.... before the internal auditors came to the campus and all of us are preparing for it, i had a very bad insident with our boys at our Workshop. They are things that i can put up, but knowing that i am a sicko.. ( typical perfectionist) hehehe i had a big misunderstanding with the Workshop guys.

I am not sure if its me but one thing i know, these guys are uncontrollable. They was left alone without anyone on top, made them bigheaded. Anyway i told Nalong that we should do something out of this soon after they auditors visit ends.
Then last week , after they've gone back, we had a meeting, which during the meeting i express my dissapointment and hoping that there would be at least some changes. Like some other typical Government agencies, those who talk alot will do the work, which i accepted freely.

So yesterday i had a meeting with they boys and make some major changes in the small organization itself. I decided to break them down into groups, like En Aizam said " DEVIDE AND CONQUER" AHAKS... En Aizam told me that , thats how the Brits did in the early years, honestly i never think about it that way.. all i know is that i need to split them so that, only when they are least stronger , then i could go in and make things right.

I made a few changes here are there, and i decided to split them into 2 sub divisions, hence making them compete with each other ( well in a good way), so that ownership is made for the work they did. My hopes are , these boys would work harder and intelligently so my work is lighter, but before that i need to control them, and show them , that they are one of the most important part of the organization , that without them and thier help they whole Organization is non-functional.

Pray hard that everything is going to be okay. Tapi perasan pulak , kerja tambah banyak pulak sekarang ni kan.
