So this is our new Share farm in Bintulu ( newly constructed ) cost almost 200 k for the land preparation, consist of 6 plot share agri farm, one compost house, one plant processing house, one avian processing house , 2 chicken house ( high slatted and close system) and upcoming hatchery ( tapi tak siap lagi). The one with the blue roofing is our compost house and next to it is our integrated farm.
We have 3 new green house ( Hydrophonic system, Fertigation system and Netted system) and this is one of them. This is a fertigation system where the plants are planted in a soiless media ( coco peat ~ means coconut hust yang di hancurkan). Yang kat atas ni is rock mellon.
This is our integratted farm. Long beans ( untuk siapa-siapa yang tak pernah tengok long beanslah). Actually the main problem we have was that the our soil in Bintulu is podzolic soil ( The soil have a high % of clay and sand so the soil tend to get very soggy during the wet seasons and like stone during the drought season , and the worst thing was our land is prepared and pushed by the bulldozer and now we hardly got any more top soil but we use alot of compost and chicken dung to enhance the soil. So kena buang banyak tahi ayamlah banyak-banyak. So far so goodlah. tengok tu subur je ka. Baru pagi tadi one of the Doctores praise me saying that the farm is getting greener..

Going thro' your blog, I came with few conclusions :
1. Failure to deliver what is supposed to be delivered to agricultural communities.
2. Sarawak need dynamics and innovative in agricultural activities not officer of this sort.
3. Compare yourself with those from Southern Thailand and Javaness provinces .....jauh beza man!!!! though their tech is far lacking.Their agriofficer is 1 st class. Expert in their field. You see they yield cheap produce, all went into our market. Our land is fertile, but unluckly our farmers are not given or access the right expertise in agriculture. NOT THE RIGHT PERSON available. Lots have graduated with brillant gred but SIKAP !!!! Duduk atas kerusi empuk dan bilik beraircon. I still rembember when I was helping my parents in the padi fields, the water level was till the knees.Yet, those agriofficer from commonwealth countries went into the field digg up the padi roots and study why some padi plants are healthy and some are not. From their advice my father follow their suggestion on how to deal with those retarded padi plants.
My father was very thankful to them and start teaching other farmers the new technique.
4. Be serious man don't waste Malaysian resources. You are well paid to deliver the best to Agricommunities.
5. Form your blog you, you do a lot of complaint to other people. You make joke of others and you have the hatered to others. You marah-marah your staff! Learning instutions don't teach their students to manage staff like this.I don't know UPM's. You're rare species man, like those we found in some mutated plants and animal kingdoms.Don't you think so?
6. Don't you think discussing how to increase food output is of more significant?
