I don't think i wrote this, but a few week before, well.... before the internal auditors came to the campus and all of us are preparing for it, i had a very bad insident with our boys at our Workshop. They are things that i can put up, but knowing that i am a sicko.. ( typical perfectionist) hehehe i had a big misunderstanding with the Workshop guys.
I am not sure if its me but one thing i know, these guys are uncontrollable. They was left alone without anyone on top, made them bigheaded. Anyway i told Nalong that we should do something out of this soon after they auditors visit ends.
Then last week , after they've gone back, we had a meeting, which during the meeting i express my dissapointment and hoping that there would be at least some changes. Like some other typical Government agencies, those who talk alot will do the work, which i accepted freely.
So yesterday i had a meeting with they boys and make some major changes in the small organization itself. I decided to break them down into groups, like En Aizam said " DEVIDE AND CONQUER" AHAKS... En Aizam told me that , thats how the Brits did in the early years, honestly i never think about it that way.. all i know is that i need to split them so that, only when they are least stronger , then i could go in and make things right.
I made a few changes here are there, and i decided to split them into 2 sub divisions, hence making them compete with each other ( well in a good way), so that ownership is made for the work they did. My hopes are , these boys would work harder and intelligently so my work is lighter, but before that i need to control them, and show them , that they are one of the most important part of the organization , that without them and thier help they whole Organization is non-functional.
Pray hard that everything is going to be okay. Tapi perasan pulak , kerja tambah banyak pulak sekarang ni kan.

WALL OF SHAME BIG BUZZ
Whats hot and buzzing in the campus right now is our newly owned WALL OF SHAME. Well as for the Americans, its the walk of fame in sunset boulevard in Hollywood but for us here its the newly buzzing WALL OF SHAME.
I guess there have been some negative energy going around the campus and this is the result of it (AHAKS). Some old names are still up there and some new comers going up on the chart hehehe. .. The wall of shame started a while back in college but early this year it've grown like having its own life. Early January it was at the first wall of shame at the Hatchery and then last Friday, the second Wall of shame appear at one of the building.
To me, i think its a wake up call, certainly the students doesn't feel that the students rep represents them and this is one way to show thier feelings. There is pro and cons, i wouldn't say that its bad nor good but in a way, they students are showing us some alarm signals it looks bad for us especially the recent management anddddddd... it looks horrible.
Wake up guys, why do u think the student are doing so.... Our dean was furious about it coz ...... ( shh his name is up there too along with ........rah). To me i think that we should have listen and obserb.. Do not critisize everytime they voice their opinion. Listen and calaborate. Make them realize that they are an important source here in the campus and try to bring up the best in a person, then everything runs smoothly.

10 Q's Model
Today i am going to elaborate a little bit about the motivational course i had with Dato' Dr. Haji Mohd Fadzilah Kamsah. One thing that he ask us is
1. Have u ever said thank you to ur mom "Mom thank you for giving birth to me" ( and
if you haven't you better start before its too late). Show her how she's worth to your life. Well I haven't done this yet but am going to.. even if it seems hard to open your mouth to tell my mum. I was brought up in a very conventional family where emotion is rarely spoken but only shown in actions, LOVE was never/rarely spoken. I remember the first timei heard my sister say i love you to his son Aaron, it chills me because that rare in my life, but i know that is something
special ( can i sms instead , but my mom doesn't read sms adus susahnya
2. Have you ever said thank you to ur spouse for marrying you, and that you are very
fortunate to've married him/her. ( Thank god I am not married " Aleluia... hehehe.
Next i am going to write about the 10 Q's to how you can improve yourself, the inner and outer you, but foremost before you do that , you gonna have to know who you really are. So Cikgu Dato' Dr Allan is going to talk that later okay.

A word of Hope
I was browsing my computer this after and found a very interesting quotes from Mother Theresa ( Thing you find when you're not searching kan)
THE MIRACLES IS NOT THAT WE DO THIS WORK..
BUT THAT WE ARE HAPPY TO DO IT.
I AM NOT SURE EXACTLY WHAT HEAVEN WILL BE LIKE
BUT I DO KNOW THAT WHEN I DIE AND IT COMES TO TIME FOR GOD TO JUDGE US
HE WILL NOT ASK HOW MANY GOOD THINGS HAVE YOU DONE IN YOUR LIFE
RATHER, HE WILL ASK HOW MUCH LOVE DID YOU PUT INTO WHAT YOU DID.
EVERY TIME YOU SMILE AT SOMEONE
ACTION OF LOVE IS A GIFT TO THE PERSON, THATS A BEAUTIFUL THING.
BE FAITHFUL IN SMALL THINGS BECAUSE IT IS THEN THAT YOUR STRENGTH LIES
I AM A LITTLE PENCIL IN THE HAND OF GOD,
WHO IS WRITTING A LOVE LETTER TO THE WORLD.
I DO NOT PRAY FOR SUCCESS , I ASK FOR FAITHFULNESS
IN THIS LIFE WE CANNOT DO GREAT THINGS, WE CAN ONLY DO SMALL THINGS WITH GREAT LOVE
IF YOU JUDGE PEOPLE, YOU HAVE NO TIME TO LOVE THEM.
And last but not least...
JATUH DAN GAGAL YANG PERTAMA BUKANLAH KEGAGALAN
KEGAGALAN IALAH BILA JATUH KERANA SEBAB YANG SAMA DI TEMPAT YANG SAMA
( Oviously that doesn't come from Mother Theresa but from Mother Allan heheheeh)
SO,... enjoy the words of wisdom and maybe you could take some of it.. ponder a while.

Excel Training and Consultancy.
Sorrylah these last few days i was a little buzy with the auditors visit that last a last week and for almost 2 days we had our motiviational seminar by Dato" dDr. Haji Fadzilah Kamsah.
A 2 day interesting course, and for once i didn't felt asleep during a course AT ALLLLLLLLLL.. SURPRISING KAN. But it was fun and very informative although most of the quotes are from the quran but adalah jugak he took from the Bible.
But one thing that structs a cord to me was, he teaches that everymorning when you wake up the one thing that you should and always do is to wish the world peace and prosperity because only when you do as such that the world might change for the better. One more thing that really touches me was, he tought us that everymorning when we woke up look up in your mirror and wish yourself all the good things in life, because its only wise to see yourself and wish all good things for yourself. I think its superb, why didn't i think of it soonerkan. Gosh. Anyway i will type some of the things i learned from the course hoping that in someway or the other you might learn from it kan.
Here are some of the pics taken during our course and as requested by some of my friends ... so are u enjoy heheheh.

Ever wondered
A few days ago, right after I talk with my older sister I pause and wonder what would life be without any brother and sisters. Okay let me push back to my older Golden years when I was a little kid.
My childhood is quiet blurry to me ( I guess it’s the agony of being poor ) that I somehow tried to push away all those struggling years. The one thing that I clearly remembered about my older sister is how big and mature she was when we were growing up. She was the only one in the family that could have an adult conversation with my mother. I use to remember her in the six grade and I was in Primary 1. How big and mature she was , how she use to line up to buy me Mak Marri noodles and Ice cream and how she would attend to me every recess time. How Acca and her use to treat as if I am a baby and pinching my cheeks saying how cute I am. ( no wonder I got big cheek nowadays).
At home my Oldest sister use to tend to our needs the younger sibling like teaching us how to read and write, bathing us and how she would cover all our wrong indulgent. I guess she is more towards our second mother rather than our sister because she would always take the blame for the wrong doing that we did. I use to be praise her for the great things that she accomplished like being one of the most cleaver person in her class and having to top the primary 6 exam for the whole school although we have only one primary 6 class for the whole school but my sister would always excel as compared to me.
Then, when she goes to secondary school , I clearly remember running to catch the bus every afternoon right after she cames back to greet her , waiting for either our sweets or the quey teow from the tuch shop back then. One good thing about my mother was , she would always ask us to run after the bus every time my sister came back from school everyday and that’s normal for us when we were growing up. How I would cry every night soon after my mother send them to stay with my Aunties in Tawau, and looking forward for the weekend when I could visit them at my Aunties house in Tawau. Then comes the nursing in Kota Kinabalu , how the whole family felt so proud of her when she got the offer. I remember going to the airport with the van along with the Perez to just send my sister to the airport coz at that time it matters. How every Christmas my sister would go home with all these presents to us , even after now finding out how hard it is for her to budget her money with only the small allowance she got tru nursing. I remember my brother want to buy his football shoes and she wrote to my sister about it and somehow she would send some cash back home, even with the little money she had. For someone who have less , she gave so much and guess what she still gives to us until now.
So, what would my life be without my sister, I guess a lot. I guess my sister thought me about life, appreciating life , honoring life and most of all to be a survivor. That’s why when my friends see me talking to my sister on the phone , they would be amaze with how much enthusiasm we talked . How my Nephew and Nieces would say , we are a crazy bunch coz we can laugh on top of our lungs about our golden days and our present days . So if you ask me how much amour I have for my sisters , words cannot tell how much I love my siblings.
